Texas Governor Greg Abbott joined Marco over the weekend in calling for a Convention of States to limit the powers of the federal government.

Marco has proposed a convention limited to amendments that would reduce the power of the government and send power from Washington back to the states, such as term limits and a balanced budget amendment.
